Create an RSVP page for your event.

Once you have linked your Audience Republic and Zoom accounts, you’re able to create RSVP pages and campaigns to promote your Zoom events. In doing so, users you direct to your new RSVP or Campaign page will be able to register for your event.

Step by step guide

Follow the steps below to create a new Zoom event within the Audience Republic platform.

  1. Navigate to the Events page on your Audience Republic account and select ‘Create Event’ in the top right corner of the screen

  2. Enter the details of your new event including the name, date, timezone and image. You must specify that this is an ‘Online Event’ in order to be shown Zoom as an option on the next page. Click ‘Create RSVP Page’ to go to the next step.

  3. Enter a description for your event, choose a public URL, and optionally, select a color for your landing page. Click ‘Next’ to continue.

  4. Select which fields to collect when registering for your event, only email is required. Click ‘Next’ to continue.

  5. In this step, you can either choose to create a new Zoom event automatically or enter the details of an existing Zoom event. Click ‘Finish’ to continue.

Once you’ve created the new RSVP page for your Zoom Event, the public URL will be displayed on the Event page. Copy this link and promote it across the relevant channels to drive traffic to your page and start collecting registrations!
