Create segments from your ticket integrations data using filters in the Audience menu.

Popular segments include contacts who:

  • Purchased tickets to an event

  • Did not purchase tickets to an event

  • Registered for a presale campaign but did not purchase tickets

  • Bought tickets to a previous event but not this one

To get started you need

How to segment orders

  • Navigate to the Audience menu

  • Click the Filter icon on top left of the audience table. This will expose to filter menu from the left side.

  • Choose +Add filter to reveal filter options

  • Select Event
