Create segments from your Eventbrite data using filters in the Audience menu.
Popular segments include contacts who:
- Purchased tickets to an event
- Did not purchase tickets to an event
- Registered for a presale campaign but did not purchase tickets
- Bought tickets to a previous event but not this one
To get started you need
- A Basic, Pro, or Plus subscription. If you're unsure what your subscription includes, please contact your account manager or sales@audiencerepublic.com
How to segment Eventbrite orders
- Navigate to the Audience menu
- Click the Filter icon on top left of the audience table. This will expose to filter menu from the left side.
- Choose +Add filter to reveal filter options
- Select Event
- Tick the event which is connected to Eventbrite
- If you have more than one event selected, be sure you have selected the correct option from the drop down menu
- Select Apply filter and the Audience table will adjust to display contacts who purchased tickets to that event
- Select Save segment
