Contacts in your audience can unsubscribe from a list, channel or choose to unsubscribe from all.

How to manage unsubscribes

Lists and channels are treated independently. When a contact unsubscribes from a list or channel, they opt out from that list and channel only.

Its important to ensure your list names have appropriate public facing names, as they will populate on this page.

When a contact unsubscribes they are removed from that list and channel, but they are always able to opt back in.
